Loan of Equipment to Student Groups
University-approved clubs and circles (approved organizations and clubs that have been approved to form organizations) may borrow equipment for extracurricular activities from the Student Affairs Section of the Student Affairs Division.

As a special exception, equipment not stocked by the Student Affairs Section (e.g., wireless microphones in Prometheus Hall) may be loaned for classroom use by the Educational Informatization Support Office. Student groups wishing to borrow equipment for classes should submit an application to the Student Affairs Section of the Student Affairs Division and receive a special exception approval letter.
Special exceptions may not be granted to groups that are not in compliance with the general rules of extracurricular activities.

Street Dance Club Quattro
- Prometheus Hall Wireless handheld microphone x 6
- Prometheus Hall Wireless pin mics x 6
- 1 x Prometheus Hall wireless microphone charger (charges 6 microphones, hand/pin compatible)
Note: Wireless microphones are limited to a total of 6 channels, so the total number of hand/pin is limited to 6.
Other
- Please follow the instructions of the Student Affairs Division for details on the special exception approval procedure.
- Approval may be revoked in the event of equipment damage or failure to return the equipment to its original condition. Re-registration will not be permitted until it is determined that adequate measures have been taken to prevent recurrence.
- Please note that continued violations will result in the denial of subsequent special exceptions.
- Currently, we do not loan out any equipment other than those listed above to student groups.
Equipment Loan Application Procedures
At the Student Affairs Section, tell them that you would like to borrow equipment from the Educational Informatization Support Room (mainly wireless microphones in Prometheus Hall). If your application is approved, you will be issued a special exception approval form, which you should keep.

Please submit a loan request in person or through the dedicated web form. You can request to borrow materials for multiple days at a time, such as for a performance or practice for the performance.
※ Please bring the special exception approval form when you come to the office.
Even with the ※ Wen form, a special exception approval form is required for receipt, so please remember to have the special exception approval form ready in all cases.
Please pick up and return the materials on the same day.
Outside of the opening hours of the Information Technology Support Office for Education, you may pick up the materials at the guard room.
In both cases, you will need to bring the special exception approval form to receive the money.
Please note that other delivery methods may be specified depending on the availability of reservations by other groups.
Please return the items strictly on the same day.
Even if the event is held on two consecutive days, it is a general rule that each day should be returned.
The library may be returned to the guard room outside of the hours when the Information Technology Support Office for Education is open.

Please be sure to report any damage to the equipment to the Information Technology Support Office for Education. If the equipment is returned to the guard room, please inform the guard room staff briefly about the situation, and promptly explain the damage to the Information Technology Support Office by e-mail, and come to the office on the next open day to give a verbal explanation.
About the Foreign Language Festival
For the "Foreign Language Festival," which is a school event, the rules described on this page do not apply, as equipment rental is coordinated on a university-wide basis. Please follow the instructions given by the Gaitomo Festival Committee when submitting your application.
