360° webcam for remote conferencing and thesis presentation

We proposed the use of a 360° webcam for online conferencing at a thesis presentation session where students and professors were in a circle and online participants were also present.

The 360° webcam for online meetings is a camera that uses AI voice and facial recognition technology to quickly switch between speakers. It is very useful for HyFlex conferences that are held simultaneously face-to-face and online. Please use it when conducting classes or seminars in a roundtable-style layout. This is the latest equipment available at the Educational Informatization Support Room (Room 202, Research and Lecture Building), and we started lending it out this month.
