In such cases, please use "Classroom Support". We offer the following two types of support
- Please call us directly from the classroom in case of trouble. (Tel 042-330-5417)
- Support will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.Reservation support will be given priority.
- Support is available at a specified date and time.
- We generally do not provide support for an entire class. The support will be for setting up before the class starts and for 10 minutes after the class starts until it stabilizes.
- Please request rush support for any problems that arise thereafter.
